The Independent Public Health Care Centre in Zelów provides specialists' services in orthopedics, surgery, gynaecology. laryngology, oncology. work medicine or rehabilitation. It has modern medical equipment USG and ECG. There are also doctors of rare specializations who come to the institutions as well as some free screening tests. One of such actions was 'White Sunday' when there was an opportunity to do such tests as mammography, densitometry (bone density tests), spirometrics (lung ability tests), vain failure tests as well as surgery, orthopedics and neurology related tests.

There is also a lift for the disabled. The centre has two country institutions in Bujny Szlacheckie and Wygiełzów.
